The KNLW generator set waste heat boiler series waste gas boiler is a specialized energy-saving product designed specifically for the recovery of flue gas waste heat from fuel and gas generator sets. Using threaded tubes to enhance heat transfer components, threaded tubes are specially processed with threaded lines inside. When flue gas passes through them, it rotates, which enhances heat transfer and reduces the heating area of the boiler, thereby reducing its size and weight. This exhaust gas boiler has the advantages of simple structure, high thermal efficiency, long operating life, safety and reliability, and easy maintenance.

Each exhaust gas boiler is composed of an inlet smoke box, an outlet smoke box, threaded pipes, a return smoke chamber, and its accessories.

The threaded tube exhaust gas boiler is fully welded, with the threaded tube welded to the tube plate, which is welded to the drum to form a closed chamber space. The drum is equipped with many necessary accessories for the boiler. Due to the dual return flow of flue gas inside the pipe, the inlet and outlet smoke boxes are located at the same end of the boiler, and necessary inspection holes are provided on the smoke boxes for inspection and water cleaning. The outside of the cylinder is equipped with insulation material to reduce heat loss. The insulation material is covered with galvanized steel plate to protect it from damage.

For natural circulation, there must be sufficient space for steam water separation to ensure steam quality. There are usually manholes and hand holes on the cylinder body for internal inspection of the boiler. The smoke and ash on the heating surface of this type of boiler are easy to clean, and the water side is less prone to scaling due to its lower heat load. The maintenance of this type of boiler is also very convenient.

This natural circulation boiler cylinder is equipped with a water level gauge and water level control system, while the forced circulation is on the steam water separation cylinder. The boiler body is equipped with a safety valve, and for forced circulation, safety valves need to be installed on both the body and the steam water separator. This type of boiler can directly take water samples from the boiler cylinder for inspection.

In addition, the flow of smoke inside the pipe can have single return and double return paths.

The threaded tube is the main heat exchange component in the entire flue type waste heat boiler. In order to fully recover the exhaust waste heat of fuel and gas generator sets and obtain a large steam production, the flow of flue gas in the pipe adopts a double return flow.
